Mentoring Safety Professionals

In 2021 we ran an intensive one-on-one mentoring program for a new Safety Manager at one of our good clients. This was first time we ran such a program for one individual.

Three weeks of full-time training was provided with topics ranging from safety law and leadership, inspections, accident investigation, traffic management, chemicals safety, storage racking, chain of responsibility, ergonomics to on-site visits with exposure to various kinds of workplaces and the risks faced and different ways other businesses run safety.
